Attorney Morales specializes in U.S. immigration law, including business immigration and complex deportation, exclusion and other immigration issues. Her practice is focused on all aspects of business immigration and business planning, including employment of foreign nationals in professional, student, and other non-immigrant classifications, transfer of intra-company executives, foreign investment in the U.S., and visas available under NAFTA. Attorney Morales has represented corporate employers and start-up companies in many immigration matters, including immigration planning to meet company and personnel employment objectives, often leading to U.S. permanent residence.
Attorney Debra A. Morales is also experienced in removal cases, which often involve complex issues of exclusion and denial of entry at the Canadian border and airport inspection points, and vehicle seizures.
